My niece is turing 15 and loves clothes and make-up (naturally) but I don't just want to get her a gift certifcate. I know she looks forward to what I get her because it's always creative, but this year I'm totally stuck. Since she's going into high school, I thought about some awesome fall makeup or something rockin' to start school with. But what? Anything at sephora.com would be good. Suggestions? (Especially from hip teenage girls! What would you want? Help!)

really it is only a gift certificate that would be like flawless its so hard to pick out soemthing for her to wear it may go out of style or she may noit like it as much so a gift certificate or a spa day could be nice

Blonde hair
Something lighter, pinks, light blues, soft purples and greens.
Light Brown Hair:
Something shiny goes well, glitter, gold and silver, metallic, glossy greens and even oranges.
Dark brown or black hair:
Darker reds, maroon, less shine. Pastels on the red side
As far as personal and creative go try getting her some jewelry or some sort of clothing that complements the make-up well. If not they make little booklet sort of things that show basically where and how to apply make up for different looks and styles. Things like that are always fun. There's also the option of taking her out one day close to her birthday and getting her hair, make-up, and nails done. Basically like a girl's day type of thing.

If she likes make-up, why not get her a gift certificate for a makeover and products at a beauty store or department-store counter? Or take her for a manicure and pedicure at a salon, and buy her a gift set with some lovely nail products? At 15, professional attention is a real treat (it's not something most teens can afford to buy themselves) and it will make her feel beautiful.

When I was 15 I loved when my mom took me out for dinner then we went shopping. Give her a set budget and let her get what she wants. Let her pick the place you eat or maybe watch a movie.

Get her something from her favorite stores. Like... If she likes make up so much, get her make up from Sephora or make up she's never had before.
Or get her something from her favorite clothing store. If she's into the goth type of clothes, go to Hot Topic.
Skater/Surfer clothes=PacSun.
Band t-shirts= Freestyles.
Expensive into fashion= Express.
Girly= Forever 21.
Preppy= Abercrombie & Finch.
Preppy, but sporty/fun= American Eagle.

get her a prepayed cell phone and if she already has one buy her some bling bling for her phone you no designer face plates or designer holder you can get them at the mall
