it is fine even if they don't masturbate or have sex FOR LIFE-- it does not alter their being one iota. its all a matter of discipline-- or preference, whichever may be the case.

no one has died or fallen ill for the lack of sex, whether alone or with someone. it might rate high in your own hierarchy of needs, but its not true for everyone.

yes. In fact, boys should not do those things at all. masturbation and sex are for ADULTS, not children.
