i kno this an accurance around the world but every guy i met in the philippines wouldn't listen. do they think no means YES?!

YES, some think a "NO" is a yes. there's different meaning sometimes. (Hey not just Filipino guys okay?)
Because sometimes girl says "No" even it's a YES, right?
So don't be surprised when he applied it to all your "NOs"
Like:
Maybe = No.
We need = I want.
I'm sorry = You'll be sorry.
We need to talk = I need to complain about what you are doing.
Sure... go ahead = I don't want you to.
Is my bum fat? = Tell me I'm beautiful.
Do what you want. = You'll pay for this later.
I'm not upset. = Of course I'm upset, you moron!
Are you listening to me?? = Too late, you're dead.
You have to learn to communicate = Just agree with me.

This si why Filipinas hate Philipino men, they are all playboys, even if married. Most will drag a woman down to get what they want. They have no laws if the person has money there, it's just like Mexico, money rules. Pay a cop $20 and you can do what you wish to women there. It will never change in asia, you will see it in all the countries there. Just don't travel there even if your a man, it's deadly. Especialy because of the communist and the machine gun carring Muslims there who run all the drugs.
