Vitamins for an out of place ovary?? That doesn't sound right. Maybe you need to get a second opinion. I knew a woman who's ovary had twisted and the doctor removed it.

Was the cyst removed? Is it benign or malignant? If you still have it, perhaps it has grown and that could be the cause of your pain. I've never heard of an ovary being out of place, but I think that anytime something is out of proper alignment, it can cause pain.

It's not extreme or anything but you should stay on top of problems in your body. Don't put things off that can inevitably hurt you.
