A labor case can be filed anytime even when the company is under corporate rehabilitation.

Yes, you can. Labor case and Corporate rehabilitation are two different things. If you have claims from the company, the Rehabilitation Receiver will include it on his rehabilitation plan upon Order of Court. So you will be on equal footing with other claimants.
