I went to the All Women Police Station and lodged a complaint,They got bribe from them and he got an anticipatoru bail.I filed for a haebus corpus as I hadnt seen my kid,nor spoke to him,The high court judge too was bribed abd the custody was giveb=n ti my son's father.I feel miserable,Till now I have so much time in oplice stations and courts.I am fed up.I dunno who to believe.IMy divorce proceedings are going on,Please tell me a way to get back my child and please tell me how to get rid of this emotional abuser.

Sorry Jessy. You are in a lot of pain. I don't know how to help you with the laws, hopefully others do. I believe you will help yourself some if you take some quiet time each day to just sit and relax and be very quiet and focus on the loving feelings you have for your children and the blessing that it is that you have children. The future will unfold one day at a time and you can get through it little by little. I think it will help to try to be as calm and kind and loving as you can. I'm not saying not to be strong. Strong and calm and kind and determined - these are all things you can control about yourself. Sometimes when things are out of control it is best to focus on yourself and do what you can to gain psychological and spiritual strength. This might help when emotions are high and encounters are stressful. Kindness is always a good choice if and when you have some choice. I don't mean you should not fight to get your child, I just mean that it may help to keep the tempers down if you are steady and kind but firm. Get people on your side you need help from those around you.

One thing for sure, you are on the right track, by getting a divorce, it shows courage and freedom, from a man who doesn't appreciate you. As for the kids you need to get a female attorney, who will understand a female's point of view. She should be able to give you the best advice concerning your kids. I'm so sorry for what you're going through. How did they get bribed? Isn't this against the law? You can't do this on your own. You need to enlist the help of a good attorney and he/she will need to prove there was bribery going on. I think you will have a very strong case on this. I wish you luck!

From time of marriage he is physically abusive and yet you went for two children. Cardinal sin you two have committed to your children. You should have left him long back before your children came. Contact women commission. If you are right Indian law is in your favour. Hope you are not financially dependent.

Do you have any evidence of the abuse? Like any court papers or restraining orders? Is there any Legal Aid in your area? Look in the phonebook under legal aid or go to the dept. of health and welfare and ask them if they know of any pro-bono help. good luck, emotional abusers are good at manipulating many people.
