Hi there.
The last week or so I have been experiencing daily headaches. They can become really annoying and painful. I have never had something like this before. I have also been getting hot easily too which is silly, because its winter over here in AUS. This couldn't be pregnancy at all could it? I don't think it is, as i finished my period on thursday. It has been lighter than usual the last 3 times i have had it (lasting 2-3 days instead of 5 or so)
I have just come off the pill aswell.
Has anyone got any ideas why I could be feeling this way?

I have had headaches that lasted for days. These could be cluster headaches or migraines. With a migraine you usually have pain on one side of your head, nausea, sensitivity to light and sound. Excedrine makes a migraine formula.

During about week 7 or 8 of my pregnancy i had headaches which turned into a migraine but unless you have reason to believe you are pregnant the two are probably unrelated.

Headaches could be:
dehydration
stress/tension headaches
hormone related - upon cessation of OCP
other hormones ?thyroid
perhaps you should see a doctor about them - should be easy enough to achieve in Australia

It is possible that the headache is due to hormonal fluctuations from coming off of the pill.
