Has anyone tried NV? It is a weight loss and beauty pill. Can you buy it at the store? Or do you have to order it threw the company?

I personally wouldn't trust diet pills. They're mostly placebo effects, making you think they work, when in fact they don't do much more than a sugar pill.

To lose weight, and keep it off, you need to eat healthier, and excercise, as another person mentioned. If those fads with losing 40 pounds in a month were true, then everyone would do it. But the fact of the matter is, they don't work, and people are just being duped enough to think it does (and it doesn't take much convincing, what with those "before" and "after" pictures).

Don't try anything that promises you'll lose weight quickly beyond excercise and eating less fatty foods. Otherwise you'll make someone rich, and you'll still have a lot of weight on you (and chances are good they'll tell you this information as well, only I'm giving it to you for free, but they'll charge you a lot of money just to have you hear the same thing).

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

When boredom, depression, or perhaps stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way to fulfill them such as getting a walk, calling a friend, choosing a bath, reading a book, or doing some yoga.
