I am a limewire user. Of course u play .mov format using Quicktime. May be even real player.Real player is better, i suppose, because, u can always download plugins to suit ur format requirements
I advise u not 2 download videos having .mov format using limewire bcoz many of such sort may eventually lead to their website from which spywares may b infected. Its more safe downloading .mpg or .mpeg formats if u r lukin 4 videos.

Well, don't know about it being only a 'Limewire' question, but you play .mov files with quicktime.
