I am sorry for your pain...I am sorry for your suffering...I am sorry for your illness.
I am also sorry for your family if you leave, because I do believe you are loved, even if it is only by one single person, I believe someone in your life must love you.....it would be a bad thing to leave them the way you suggest.
I wish for you the wisdom to make good choices....blessings to you and your family....
