I'd say September. Ten birthdays to celebrate in our family, county taxes due right after September, school cost in September, and not to mention my own birthday which is a reminder of my getting older state in life.
However, our son was born on September 1st so it's not ALL unlucky just the other 29 days.

1) Broken resolutions
2) Always broke after Christmas
