You need to distinguish between Muslims in general and Muslim terrorists.
Muslim terrorists (like Hezbollah) in fact use human shields, so that they can show the world the supposed inhumanity of Israeli warfare. Stereotyping is a danerous thing. Muslims don't use human shields. Radical terror organizations, some of whom are made up of muslims, do. And they do it because they are brilliant at PR.
