Im getting married tomorrow but we are not sure how you do that, how do I change my lastname to his, Im not american and im not german either, and he is american, hes in the military over here in Germany, so we are getting married by the german laws, does anyone know how that works? do we have to talk to a lawyer? or they ask if we wanna change my lastname? thanks for your help!

That usually happens when you sign the marriage license. You agree or decline to take his name and based on this your name is either left as it is, or is ammended with his last name instead of yours.
