You can cancel your account. Look in the left corner of your screen and click Help. Look to the right and you would see How do I close my account and click on it. Scroll down until you see Account Deletion and click on it. Then you go from there.

u know, u cannot cance your yahoo id.
just wait for it to get expired or dont open it anymore yaho will automatically delete it if your not opening it.
another suggestion, make another yahoo mail

post a question telling yahoo your gonna kill them... otherwise just leave it in-active, it will dleete after a ceertain time i thynk
