I've tried all sorts of shaving tips but nothing seems to work! Does anyone have any tips that actually work?

I USE THE VENUS THE 1ST ONE. THATS ALL I'LL USE.
IF YOU HAVE STUBBLE DO OVER IT A COUPLE TIMES.
GO SLOW AND DO NOT USE A DULL RAZOR. ALSO IF YOU HAVE LOTION ON WHEN YOU GET IN THAT WILL CAUSE THIS TO HAPPEN SOMETIMES. ONLY USE THE RRAZOR LIKE 3 TO 4 TIMES DEPENDING ON HOW OFTEN U SHAVE.
OH AND TRY A MENS SHAVING CREME IT WORKS BETTER. GILETTE FOR MEN IS WHAT I USE AND YOU CAN TRY THE MACH 3 RAZOR FOR MEN I USE TO USE THAT. HOPE THIS HELPS.

this is a tip that always works first when you are taking a shower and you are going to shave make sure that your ac in the house isn't on or at least the vent is closed in the back room b/c when you take a shower if you are cold you are going to have chill bumps you can shave it seems like you have gotten all the hair but actually you have shaved on top of your chill bumps and when you warm back up and they go down guess what the hair that they were covering up will still be there and it will seems as if the hair is growing back super fast so just warm up when you do it and you will be fine

You can try exfoliating before you shave. Use a manual exfoliator to get all the dead skin out of the way, and you'll get closer to skin and closer to the root. Also use the warmest water possible, a high quality shaver, try 3,4 or even 5 blades, and a high quailty shaving gel for lubrication, and go slowly. You can even try talking with someone at a cosmetic counter. They may be able to show you the best products.
Good Luck

use a sharp blade (I like the multiple-blade blades -- like Gilette Venus), shaving cream-- like Skintimate, and shave against the direction of hair growth. Also, don't shave right away--let the warm water from the shower or bath soften the hair a little bit (just a few minutes) before you shave.

Continue shaving and your hair is going to grow faster and coarser; Plus, you can' t get them all unless you go super close and get some of your skin with it!
Believe me, start waxing; It is painless, especially on the legs, and at the contrary of razor, your hair growth would be slower and thinner.

Dont shave, opt for waxing your legs instead. The clean look will last longer than shaved legs plus the new growth will appear finer and less sparser.

always use a new razor if you can afford it. try gillette. the shaver is very good. i've been using it for years.

you can also try waxing instead. it will pull the hairs from the root. if you can't do it yourself, then ask someone to do it for you. you don't have to go to the salon. ask a friend, your sis or mom.

hope it helps!

Use a shaving cream with extra moisturizers in it.

use a better razor. definitely skip an electric shaver. womens razors are the worst. i always use mens razors. they are meant to cut close. if you have tough skin you can try nair, but it always turns my legs red so good luck.
