Yeah, it must be nice to live in a modern country. I live in the US and if it wasn't for the East and West coast we'd live in a third world dictatorship. Luckily I live in CA and am happier than I have any right to be.

My friends (in the flesh and 360 etc), my health, having being born and being lucky enough to live in a country where slavery, starvation, beheadings, torture are NOT part of the curriculum; having two healthy children with the opportunities to do something wonderful with their lives, a great family, a good job, food on my table, a roof over my head and lovely neighbours.... I'm sure there are lots more things I could put down but it would take too long

I am thankful for my crazy mortgage payment because that means I have a roof over my head. I'm thankful for my crazy car payment because I have a realiable means of to and from, work, beach, and mountains. I'm thankful for the holes in my shoes because that means I am able to walk. I'm thankful that the sun decided to show up today and make mine and everyone elses day brighter and warmer.
I try to find something to thank all the time because life is very short and that keeps me from going nutso...
peace

You are preventing us from using God in our answers. But God is the source of everything!. How can you get good answers if you exclude God?

there are at least a hundred things that I am thankful for and I wouldn't know where to start. All I can do is thank God for what he has done for me.
