i have built some fences, but you need to give more info about what kind of fence and where

The key is digging the post below frost line 30inch or 36 inches depending where you live in the USA. Also, check for 6, 9 or 12inch size holes needed for your post.
Also using a string for striaght lines, point A to point B
Determine if your going to step level your fence due to slopes or go with the contour of the land - big choice here.

Collect 2 liter cola bottles and fill them with different colors of water (using dye) stack and cement as you would be building a house where you live. The colors are really beautiful and if your goats eat one it is easily replaced. You can also do homes and barn walls using this method.
