its only shameful if u feel it is. depending on where ur going and what ur intentions are is may or may not be alrite example to work probably nite a night clubbin wear whatever u like. as long as u resepct urself thats all that matters

Both are shameful, but the bare bum is the most offensive since it's the worst hygienically. BTW, the average person carries 1/4 peanut's worth of fecal matter on their underwear. Do you want women with short skirts that don't cover their panties sitting on your bed??? Not me!

it means they are either wearing the wrong size skirt or they are fat and they should excercise more so thier booty isn't so big it comes out and shows thier stuff.
