It's something that teachers do NOT put much thought into, it depends on the educator. As a child (and an adult I have slight "A.D.D"), I often had teachers that were frustrated with me (hence the D's, F's, Inc.'s and "0's" for grades) and would write a few smart *** sarcastic comments on my card to my parents. My father drank too much and was a professional, so I was never any good, and got abused often. One report card was so bad (I remember it was 4th grade) with some of those "Witty little snobby teacher comments on my classroom performance as "Disruptive" (what 4th grader isn't). My father threw my dinner all over me, my milk in my face, and beat me with his belt into the corner, with the dog barking. I remember my 4th grade teacher's face covered in shock when she saw me the next day. She kept asking me what happened, I would'nt tell, I just said to her "Thank you for doing this to me". I remember hearing her talking about it to another teacher in the hall, who advised her "NOT TO GET INVOLVED", I thought she was pretty much involved, so if you're a teacher, be careful what coments you write, you don't know whats going on inside of that child's home.

it involves their kind of upbringing.a child that has a God fearing upbringing will definitely behave good both at school and at home.the way parents relate with their children is another thing.parents need to have a close relationship with their children so that they can feel free to tell them whatever might be bothering them.
most behavioral traits of children comes from the gene and certain attitudes that people older exhibit in their presence.
otherwise, look back into the historical nature and attitudes of the parents attitude.

they can be such crap. My middle one is an ideal student, but they gave him a bad mark for behavior because one day at recess he scared a bird.
But the kid who leaves bruises on everyone had no marks. Oh, wait, he's related to the principal

Take it as guidance on how you'll help your child develop or maintain his/her aptitude or attitude, especially towards his/her fellow children or how your child should behave in school... it's the teacher's assessment so it should normally be correct.

Teachers have so many students that they really only know the problem ones. Maybe they just make them up.
