You didn't give much info on your question but... I'm assuming your question is about conflict between your wife and a friend of yours who happens to be a girl, right? If this is so then here's my advice:
Respect your wife's feelings about this. I don't know the nature of your friendship with this woman (as I've said, you didn't give enough info), but if she is a "close" friend, you will have to put as much distance between you and this friend of yours. It is not proper to have another woman this close to a married man, even though she's only a friend, especially when his wife doesn't approve of it. If you don't get rid of your friend, your wife will get rid of you. Your wife comes first!

Truth be told, the best thing to do is to make sure everything you do with the friend thats a girl is friend stuff. Your wife would usually feel better if you had someone around you that she does like, when your with that friend. That way she feels as if there couldnt be anything going on with her, because your other friend is with you. It is a bit of a 3rd wheel, but if you dont want to get rid of a friend, i would think about getting a third wheel.
Your wife must not like something about her, so another thing would be to not hid your relationship with the girl. Since that will only make it worst, and seem like the friendship is much more then a friendship.
Also, there are touchy people, but since you are married, i would think you of age to where you should of out grown that. So dont touch. Yeah a hug, but keep it at that. No more then 2 seconds to 4 seconds. Lol, because 5 is just too much.

If your saying the girl is your friend, the best way to resolve it is to get her out of your life. Your wife should always come first.

wife comes first, if your wife does like her, it must be for a reason, suport her because you are living with her not your girl friend unless you want some hard time.

stay out of it if you still care for your wife. if you dont want to be with your wife anymore tell her first and finish what ever you guys still have. atleast give her a little respect before you do something stupid.....huh...guys...

if it's ur friend, lose her, ur wife should be ur only female friend. but if it's her friend stay out of it
