Tell your email friends the truth without any further delay, and then be honest to your husband and inform him of the situation. It's the only way to get your mess cleaned up.

Lying on the internet about your marital status and age is dumb. What is the point? If you do that, you lose any good you might have gotten out of the "relationship" anyway. Best to be honest about it all. That is my experience. At it's best, internet friendship= people helping each other.

I'd say you should tell them the truth. What are you wanting to hide that for? Are they friends, or are they potential lovers? If they are potential lovers, you're risking the trust your husband gave you. You may be surprised to find out they most likely won't care if you're married.

Real friends do not lie to other friends so I would not lead them on tell the truth. If they are your friends they will still be your friends. Unless you had other things in mind, do you? Honey, you can still have friends (male) and still be married. If you have nothing to hide from your husband than do not be afraid.. Zella

ALWAYS SAY THE TRUTH, you'll end up sucked into a blackhole of guiltiness and hell if you don't do that from the beginning.

Let the ones who won't accept you be gone from your life, people who don't accept and respect who you are are better off away from you.

maybe u are getting bored with ur married life and want to have some fun... but if u still value your family then better be honest and tell them ur married.. if they are really after friendship (and not sex) then your civil status would not matter at all.. Please do not give up what is really precious (your family) for momentary pleasures..

Well, I always say honesty is the best policy, so, tell your 'friends'. If they don't want to be your friends afterwards, they weren't your friends to start out with.

If you're ugly - keep it a secret! But if not, call me, I'm in the book!
