no and its how telemarketers get your phone number and address! they pay malls to have there post and they collect lots of names and numbers its a sham...

Of course, they have to raffle it off because otherwise those people holding the raffle would go to jail for fraud. So yes, someone does, just no you or me...yet

I wonder that too.I guess someone has to. And when they win, do they just drive it straight out right there?JK.
