Try going back in your family history. The Mormon Church as extensive family history records in their libraries and there may be one near you. I hope you find your answer.

you can use DNA finger printing technique and find out which race you belong to. There are set of markers which are specific for each race, and appropriate matching with the available set of markers can help in finding out which race you belong to.

I recently found out through a genetic test that I am Asian. Seriously! My immediate ancestors are all European.
