I know it sounds dumb but i kind of racked myself a few weeks ago and now my nuts hurt and think i have a third testicle. Anyone know why it would still hurt and feel like a third is there (it hurt so bad sunday i felt like i was going to throw up)?

Here's my honest advice. You might want to visit the doctor if this has been going on for a few weeks. You didn't really specify how the injury occured, but you may have damaged one or both testicles...the "third nut" is likely a swollen epidiymis (kind of a tube that sends seminal fluid from the testes). Have your doctor check it out...there could be damge or infection going on.

i dont think you have a trird testicle what you have is a knot from where you hit yourself and i would take some ice ( i know this will be painful) put it in a baggie and put it on your testicle after 24 hours if the swelling doesnt go down see your dr

Go see a doctor about it. it could also be a possible hernia that should be taken care of as soon as possible, because if it is part of the small intestine protruding down into the scrotum, you could be asking for trouble if the section of intestine gets stuck down there and then is strangulated so that the blood flow to the intestine is cut off, and then that means emergency surgery to take care of the problem. left undone, it could kill you.
