No, and it's most likely the soldiers were dead from day 1. In the past Hezbollah tried to negotiate a swap of captured airmen for over 1000 Arab prisoners (mostly jihadist murderers). Israel sensibly refused to make a deal. It turned out later that Hezbollah was offering prisoners who over a month previously had been shipped to Syria, killed by dismemberment, and had their body parts intentionally scattered all over the desert. So much for Hezbollah's honor in making deals.
And you wonder why Israel reacted the way it did...

Lol....Hezbollah was still firing rockets hours after the "cease fire" took effect. Since they all dropped in Lebanon and none in Israel, they decided to not respond. But, that cease fire is a complete sham. Expect to see Lebanon attacking Israel within a very short time.
They are damn lucky I'm not the one deciding what to do about it. Because I'd send the Israeli airforce in there to carpet bomb a ten mile strip along the Israel border, killing everything there to make damn sure no more rockets could be shot at Israeli civilians.
And if the Lebanese dared to complain, I'd sterile the capital. No joke. These evil pukes basically attacked Israel in unprovoked all out war with the goal of genocide. If nothing is done, the next attack will be with nukes supplied by Iran. They insist that it's us or them. I choose them.

It was 2 soldiers, and I don't believe they have been killed since Israel thought they knew were they were being held. There was some misinformation spread by Israel early on that a soldiers tank had been attacked and he was captured, but even Israel no longer is backing this claim.
