So far Iran, N. Korea, F. Castro's Cuba, Israel and Sudan.
Include Afghanistan as the question says 'countries' not governments. Complete country has the guts to say NO to USA but the Kabul regime who are surviving under USA umbrella.
In addition there are many who say it in heart and shall find courage to raise their voices if current Bush policies continue.

France, Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Venezuala, and more and more because Bush has brought us down from being a super power to just being one among other strongf nations...you see, it isn't just about nukes, because 20 other countries have them...it is about economics, and we are in debt as a nation passed the economic tipping point, yes, that is right, passed the point of no return, suprisingly, high oil prices may yet "bring us back" before we go splat, but once we splat, well, we saw what happened to the USSR didn't we...we are next and well on our way. Believe it!

The ones with self respect and which have a different world-view than the USA. Also, ones which have proper noun-verb agreement.

well first of all...all the American enemies will say NO to USA(e.g IRAN, CUBA, SYRIA, NORTH KOREA...etc). Secondly...those countries who do not follow US policies...but rather think on their own...and come up with theirs(India, Germany, France,..etc).
Also...every country that supports US is not a friend of US....some of them are cowards...who support US for military supplies and money(e.g. Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, ...etc)

If they do, they are calld 'terrorists'. Look at Iraq. At afghanistan. At lebanon. I don't think it isEngland. I mean, just look at their prime minister??? But I'm not sure
