Not sure I'm spelling it right, but it looks like that actor - Corey Haims? I think. He was the brother in that movie, "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead." As for liking it, I don't know - there are a lot of faces just like it on here, but it's not horrible or anything.
