I need a divorce but cant find husband what do I do?

You need to post the divorce information in the newspaper. If he doesn't reply to your requests after a certain amount of time, your divorce is granted by the judge or something. Good luck. Report him missing. Then you would probably need to speak to a divorce laywer. You'll have to wait a certain amount of time for your husband to reappear again, but if he doesn't after a certain time limit then a Judge will approve of the divorce.

there is something about posting it in the local paper for two weeks and if there is no response from your spouce then you can go ahead and file with out them around, but I don't know much about it, talk to your lawyer and they should know.
