I like their R-rated stuff, like "I'm Gonna Get You Sucka", and "Don't Be a Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood". I hated "White Chicks" and I have no interest in seeing "Little Man".

I know, sometimes their movies can be over-the-top corny. But they still get laughs and people keep seeing their movies.
So to answer the question, its because people (not saying what kind of people) still pay to see them!
