we don't know for sure. I believe, like most fans, that rowling will do everything possible to make it for the 7/7/7 ("isn't seven the most powerfully magical number?" - Voldemort to his potions teacher when asking about a 7-part horcrux)
But to do that, she need to finish the book before chrismass to give enough time to her publisher to print all the books (millions of them) before july.
