What do you guys think of Heather winning Hell's Kitchen?

I think it was an obvious choice. Virginia needs more experience and practice working in the kitchen before she is ready to have her own restaurant. She needs to get through at least one service without screwing up.

I dont think anyone deserved it more than her. She knows how to cook, she showed strong leadership, and she never doubted her ability.
