Heather won a restuarant at the Red Rock but what is it called and when will it be open?

The Restaurant is called Terra Rossa It's Italian "Fine Dining" at the Red Rock. As of Yesterday Aug 16th,2006 Heather has not yet accepted the resort's "offer" of employment. I'm not sure why, but I spoke to the Resort reps yesterday.

Currently, I'm asking a friend in Las Vegas, she lives less than 1/4 mile from Red Rock ... She has connections with restaurants and may know what's the name of Heather's restaurant.
Once I get the information from her, I will gladly update the answer ...
UPDATE: Its T-Bones Chophouse ... Friend in Vegas says its about 30-50 bucks a plate ... She and her friends hasn't gone to dine in there yet ...

I just asked the same question! I looked at the Red Rocks Casino Website and cannot find the restaurant even mentioned. There are like 9 restaurants in the hotel but perhaps hers isn't finished yet? Not sure.

Officially, Heather was offered a contract for Terra Rossa, but has yet to accept the offer.

I think it's the T-bone Chophouse. It's the same interior and simular menu

Don't know they will name it upon completion I think. I do know they said something about red rock.
