Of course it's wrong to ask a homeless person for money. What if you were put in that situation, begging for money not knowing where your next meal was coming from, having to go day by day hoping to eat and have some money in your pocket. It's wrong to even think about asking a homeless person for money.

HELL NO, they ask you 24/7 when you see them!
Give to charity, BAH! You give to charity and what do you get back? (other than the feeling of giving money to less fortunate) NOTHING! ZIP! NADA! ZILCH!
COME ON! If you give it to them, you should AT LEAST be able to ask if they can return the damn favor!
