Sorry for a stupid question but the girls always used to talk about it in school. What does it mean? I figured it was something to do with losing your virginity but I really don't know!

It means, to loose your viriginity. The term comes from "breaking the hymen" ..which is a thin layer of skin deep into ur vagina. once you have sex your hymen rips.. which also is reffered to "Popping The Cherry". Hope this Helps Sweetie
