Have you tried Armed Forces Bank they are specifically for Military and they deal in this type of stuff.. And if you are on active duty orders right now go to your local ARF Chapter (Army Relief Fund) They will help till your next pay or Even get you a grant.
And as for the Person who responded Try Living with what you have, Please try to remember that once these soldiers sign a contract it takes about 90 days to get pay and sometimes more if they leave right away on orders and it gets very tight. And remember he is serving our Country and keeping you safe and protecting your Freedom..
