I have started waking up at early morning hours with back and leg pain. I cannot just lay there and let it pass. I have started using more Tylenol and now am feeling more tired than I did when I was in my 20's. I poop out easier and would rather hang out in front of the TV than go for a walk. Is this all just a sign of aging?

I'm 45 and I don't have the zip I used to have either. You should get regular check-ups at this age because more can go wrong with us. What a drag, huh?

First thing I would suggest is see a doctor to find what is causing the back and leg pain. Slow down on the Tylenol it will make you tired. Then consider some natural supplements to assist your body in being healthy. Check out my web page http://liquidity.myvoffice.com/phxcashmom then if you have questions or comments let me know.

No, but you are dependent on medication like Tylenol, which can make you feel tired. Of course, we all get older and slower from the moment that we breath oxygen outside of our mother's womb. Eat healthier and exercise and you will feel more vigorous.

when was the last time you had a full and complete physical? Since you are getting older your body changes. Look into your diet and life style. I know a lot of people who are in better shape at your age or older than they were when they were in there 20's. They just change their diet and adjust their life style.

Geez, no ... you're not old; BUT, don't let yourself get that way. It's so easy to get into the couch potato routine cuz you don't feel like doing something active, but it only gets more difficult the longer you veg out. The aches and pains are gonna come ... run, walk, jog, ...do something anyway! You'll really feel better.

Go for that walk sister! In fact get a gym membership. The hotter you look, the better you feel. Age is bodily but it is also in the mind!

Yup. But it also might be something else. You need to go see a dr. and find out what it is exactly. Then you can worry about age related.......
