why does my Barry Bonds baseball card have him wearing a blue clown hat on the back?

It is obvious that he isnt actually wearing the hat. He has his pirates cap in his hand. it is an upper deck card from 1992. and on his head he has a funny looking hat

Probably just a joke-y kind of thing that baseball players do.

I'm curious as to why my Barry Bonds baseball cards keep saying, "No more questions" and then flying into hairy-backed huge-foreheaded rages.
