You appeared to have given up before the actual battle.

You were not born B.Tech. You studied, practised and applied your knowledge, and now standing qualified. It must have taken you atleast 16-17 years of studies. With just a sincere effort of 3-4 months of learning and speaking good English, you can outwit many so called English literates.

Read English newspapers/ books/magazines, watch English Channels/Movies/News Channels, surf Internet, practice speaking in English without any hesitation, don't feel bad if making mistakes or some criticises you on this issues, Chat with friends and well wisher acquaintances in English, join an English learning/speaking institute.......many many options to improve your this language.

You future is very bright and stay sincere in your efforts.

After 2-3 years, you may simply laugh at your this problem.

Take care. Every problem has more than one solution!!!!!!!!

Try studying at VETA they are quite good at teaching spoken english

Watch a lot of English TV and movies, listen to a lot of English Radio, read a lot of English books, write a blog in english. You will get much better in English in next 24 months, dont despair.

I know an IT friend who speaks writes spanish just like a native, studying spanish like this in his forties. So you can do it for English

English is necessary for progress in technical fields. It is worth the effort, just plug away at it.
