Tell her to talk to her Mom. If her Mom still doesn't talk to her get soe literature from a health clinic or somewhere that will help you. Most girls that age know way more than they should. It is better that she hear it in a healthy way than on the streets where the lessons learned come with too much misinformation that leads to pregnancies and STDs. There are 13 year olds on this site wondering if they are old enough to have sex and there are 12 year olds where I used to live that are having sex. It is the 21st century. It is sad that they know so much but they do.

the best thing you can do is answer he truthfully because if she is going to have sex she will do it regardless. Tell her straight facts about what could happen emotionally, physically etc. you are in a very wonderful position because what you can really educate her. Speak from your own experiences and be 100% honest. if you dont know the answer tell her that. After, you are done it is the perfect opportunity for you to ask her if she is considering doing it, then you can help her with her decision. do not make her feel uncomfortable - she trusts you and her questions could just be innocent curiousity - dont panic - just be a good aunt

you should feel honored that your niece thinks so much of you. she feels that she can come to you instead of her parents with this means that she feels that her parents would get all bent out of shape instead of answering the question go ahead and answer it as best you can take your time and ask her if she needs any more detail that you would try and explain it another way im not gonna suggest a porn vid because they aren't gonna show the emotional side of sex that should be there in the first place hope this helps.

Even if she came to you because she didn't want her mom to know, you need to talk to her mom about it and hope her mom will maintain the secrecy about it. She is not too young for the talk. Teens are sexually active and you would rather she learns responsible sex from you than from some boy.

I would suggest to her that she speak to her mom about this, if she feels she can't, perhaps you can talk to her mom for her.Either way she should be told.
There is the possiblity that she could ask someone that would take advantage of her innocence.
If she asked then she is not to young for some form of information, I'm sure she is hearing about this at school.
Maybe you can pick up some info. pamplets at your drs office or health dept. to give her to read.
She evidently trust you,so help her out.

Tell her that it has only been a year since her brain began developing the ability of conceptual thought process. She will not fully understand the consequences of sexual activity until age 24. Oral sex will not cause pregnancy, unless she transfers the sperm herself to get pregnant, like some women do. She can still get STDs, of the throat and mouth. If she has vaginal sex, there is always the chance of pregnancy, which even if she has an abortion, does significant damage to her immune system, and leaves her open to early breast cancer.

Yes. Tell her every thing . She is inquisitive abour sex and also oral sex. Tell her clearly every thing but it should also be made clear to her that she should avoid it at any cost. It is not her age to do sex and oral sex. Tell her that she is too young and she should not think over such topics which will she come acros in her life time.

I don't want my 13 year old letting guys doing things to her simply because she's curious. Let her know as much as you can, including the risks, but tell her to wait. It's more than most of her friends are doing. Several of them lost their virginity at 12.

Educate her. It's a lack of information that leads to promiscuity. Make sure she knows ALL about it, including about STDs and pregnancy. She looks up to you and obviously is not comfortable asking her parents about this. You have an opportunity to do some good here.

Well if you dont tell her, then she might go find someone who will....before telling her, tell her about the disadvantages of sex and oral sex at her age..show her films concerning teenage pregnancies and diff. sexual diseases..maybe this would discourage her from doing it:) Be there for her
