Fortunately I think the pendulum is swinging back... I mean slowly but surely. Do you think Roe vs. Wade will ever be overturned nationally or do you think it will just happen state by state? And how long until you think infanticide will be illegal nationwide again? 2015? 2050? 2100? I'm afraid it'll still stick around for a few centuries, I mean if slavery was legal for that long, why wouldn't this be?

it's not for you to control a women's choice....what if someone controlled your decisions about your children....the problem with most people is that their lives are so sad that they must butt into everyone else's life....stay to your own....and leave others alone

Huh.

Infanticide is illegal. Abortions are not considered infanticide. Leaving a baby in a dumpster, that is considered infanticide.
Andrea Yates, that is considered infanticide. Abortion is considered abortion.

As for Roe v. Wade, there is nothing in Roe v. Wade that need be changed. If you ever read it you will find out it is not as loosey goosey as it has been enforced. What may need to be done is a strengthening of the supervision of Roe v. Wade to where doctors can not just rubber stamp a woman's request for an abortion. That was never the intent of Roe v. Wade. the intent was that women who needed to have an abortion for physical or mental reasons would be allowed to have an abortion in a hospital provided by a legitimate physician. Free clinics were not covered by this ruling. Any one other than a doctor was not covered by this ruling. RU 486 has not been covered by this ruling. I don't know who thought they were covered by this ruling.

Try enforcing the law in place before seeking to change it.

I read the verdict in this case and believe me, no where does it state that abortions are legal under all circumstances. No where.

All I want to know is this this; "Who gives the child a "right to choose?" If your mothers had felt the way you do about "pro-choice" then many of you would have never been born.

Once a civilization begins destroying the weak or infirm, then it cannot sustain itself for very much longer. Engaging in a "slaughter of the innocents" is the first step to decline. Every despotic ruler in history tried this: Hitler to the Jews, Egypt to the Jews, Ancient Babylon and the Worshipers of Ashteroth (child sacrifices), Aztec human sacrifices...the list goes on and on and on.... Where are these "civilizations" now? Buried and gone; blown to the four corners of the Earth by the winds of history.

Kill the children then who will they come for next? The retarded? The handicapped? The gays? The short? The tall? The fat? The thin?

People, you had better start turning back to God as a nation. Ruination is on the horizon, and it's name is "abortion."

Roe vs. Wade will be overturned some day. However, it is a misconception that the ruling will outlaw abortion. It will make it possible for the people of each state to vote whether abortions will be allow in their state. They will also be able, if they choose to keep abortion legal, to regulate this procedure.

That said, I pray that someday, there will be no abortions anywhere.

Abortion is NOT like slavery, and you should not compare the two.

Slaves were lving humans, were were imprisoned, beaten, and even killed by Americans (it's a dark period in our young history).

Abortion is way different. While it shouldn't be encouraged, it's is and should be legal.

However, you ask for pro-lifers only, and I'm not going to battle you about something we disagree on (there are more important things in life). I just don't think it's fair to compare abortion to slavery.

This is a well though out question, and I hope you get many answers. Have a nice evening.

I'm going to simply point out that slavery was legal for so long mostly because of the same people that want abortion to be illegal....conservatives...try to say that I'm wrong, just try

I think the pendulum is swinging back and it is very possible by 2025 that abortion will be illegal. It would be a far better option and a deterrent as well if abortions would be granted on the condition that the "mother" by irreversibly neutered.

It will be state by state. I would say by 2050. Keep the pressure on your senator, congressman, state senator, and state Representative.
