Try not to take things personal see if you can make up reasons for why things happen instead of blaming yourself. If someone doesn't answer a phone call for example it may be because they are busy or the phone is off or it doesn't work what ever the case may be don't think they don't want to talk to you. Never blame yourself always think of another reason why things turn out the way they do.

Oprah said one thing I'll never forget. "Do not take ANYTHING personally!" I know it's hard, but most of the time(I think 95%), that's true. There are some things that you should take personally, like if somebody insults your family, or tries to tell you what to do in your own home, etc.
Other than that, most people are just talking out of the side of their faces, and don't even remember what they said. They might have talked about you, but then they'll move on and talk about somebody else. It's human nature. Yes, I know that people can be buttheads, but most of the time they don't even realize they hurt somebody with something they said because most people are too focused on themselves to care.
I've learned through experience in life that if one person doesn't like you, you'll always find somebody else who does. There are billions of people in the world for a reason. Maybe the ones you've got around you are the wrong ones for you. Or maybe you are being too sensitive. Only you know for sure. You can train yourself not to be overly sensitive by taking a minute when you get hurt by something to step outside the situation. Then, you can evaluate how you saw it compared to what you think that person meant. I'm sure you'll probably see that most of the time these kind of things are not serious.

Half the time people don't know whether their offending someone or not regardless if the other person is sensitive to harsh comments or not. Just remember that most of the time anything that is said against you is not really true, and the only reason one person would truly hurt another person is if you did something awful to them before. So just remember that no one is always the victim to words and people don't usually want to hurt anothers feelings. Words are just people's opinions and as long as YOU have strong opinions about yourself that come from your heart, your feelings won't be hurt that easily.

Don't pressure yourself by not thinking about it. If your down, do the things that will make you happy. Call a close friend for someone to talk to, the one you can lean on. Or better yet, just pray to God. Talk to Him. He always listen, then you'll be alright. Don't pressure yourself too much if you get hurt. Just think that you're not alone in the world that get hurts. so don't worry about it that much. Ok dokie.

accept the fact that life is sometimes painful and learn the right way to deal with it. Instead of letting everyone know you're hurt, cuz you need attention or whatever the reason, do something constructive like play music or whatever ur into. or start working out.

I've had that problem myself. Unfortunately the process is a natural one. Eventually you will get hurt so many times that you will develop a thick skin. However sometimes hypersensitivity is a symptom of a mental condition. You might want to think about some kind of ant-anxiety medication.

I know this may seem stupid to everybody but try to close up a bit because I think you are too open to everybody and they wind up taking advantage of you which at that point you may need some close friends to help you through it
