This is an iffy question because some girls such as myself would do it period if I feel my boyfriend isn't being himself over a period of time, doesn't necessarily mean there's another man around. Thats ridiculous, where did you get that idea? It means honey we need to talk, and honey probably KNOWS exactly what that is about because she has probably tried talking to honey about it at least a dozen times before but honey didn't pay attention so now its a big deal.

No. It means something's bugging us about the way you are acting, or the way you're NOT acting, and it's very important to us that it needs to change, or else we need to understand better why you are doing that. It means it's VERY important to us that you listen to our concerns in this matter and communicate in a straightforward way what your own concerns are, and why you have been acting like that. If I were with somebody who always assumed from paranoid jealousy that any of my concerns must mean I had "someone else in mind," then I would VERY definitely say "We need to talk about this."
