You have a lot of options. One item is called a clock. I learned this from the old school special forces divers. Lay on your back with your legs extended and your feet just barely off the ground. Your hips will be the pivot point of the clock's hands (your legs). You move your feet around the clock face in a circle while keeping your feet just barely off the ground, your back flat on the ground and your legs straight. Go slow and alternate directions.

Another option is laying out flat with arms extended past your head, shoulders at your ears. Slowly bring your legs (fully extended) over so your toes touch your fingers, then reverse them back down 'til you're flat again.

That's just a couple exercises, when not working out, you can do "executive crunches". Tighten your abs, in this case, concentrate on your lower abs so you can feel it down to the pubic region. Once you can feel this, you can find a lot of opportunities to train your lower abs....... including a good laugh! Grab a good comedy and laugh your a** off until you cry! It'll work your abs and you'll feel good about this workout.;)
