He believes whatever is convenient to serve his purposes. He tells us of late that Israel won the last war with Lebanon's, but the fact that he is a total supporter of Israel, you can understand that he has to say they won. He can not say he was wrong again.
By twisting the facts back in 2003 and re twisting the fact ever since by declaring victory at every turn, he is suffering now from a humiliating and prolonged War in Iraq. Iraq was going to be a cake walk remember, but instead it has been a meat grinder for our troops and a loser for the Nation.
What George W. Bush can not do is admit that he has made another mistake. Bush thought Israel would walk right over all those so called terrorists, but Israel instead got fought to a standoff in Southern Lebanon.
So he has now declared victory in Lebanon and hopes that the situation in Iraq will calm down enough so that he can declare victory in Iraq and start pulling out troops before Nov. of 2006.
One last chance to do it right, but it is to late for George # 41.
He is a loser!

Sadly, he does. What's worse, the poor sap thinks we all believe what he says too. The worst thing is that a few actually do believe what he says.
Random babble.

I don't think so, I think he's forced to come up with things when he's put on the spot to cover all the lies he's told. He always has the nervous twitch of somebody who's not being truthful.

Another intelligent, informational, substantive question. Guess is easier to complain than to engage in reasonable debate on views.

I think in order to believe, you have to understand. He doesn't have a clue what he is saying, so i don't think that he can believe it. He is a puppet without a clue

Probably not. The words he says are written for him. He probably gives it a two second glance over it and then reads it to us over television and radio.
