It's not wrong, you should be able to be yourself regardless of what anyone else thinks. It's your life, live it the way you want to, not the way others want you to.

First of all because you should be yourself.
Secondly, most people equate "acting black" with having poor diction, wearing ridiculous clothing (pants practically around ankles!) and being loud, argumentative and obnoxious. These are NOT black attributes. What you see in videos is sell outs who have no consciousness and are only after the dollar.

Are you black?.... this is the stuff most people don't realize...I'll make it simple for a lot of people out there...
1. During the colonial times, White people would say, "Why aren't Black people like us?"
2. During the 1920's-30's, Black people started to act "White" by changing their clothes, hair, and the way they spoke.
3. During the 1950's, White people would say, "Why are these negroes trying to act like us... now they want to come into our schools!"
4. During the 1960's-70's, the Black man found his true style, his true way to act, it was: The Black Man's Way
5. Now in the 1990's-Present Day, we have White people saying, "Hey! I want to be cool too! Yo, yo, yo wat up dawg"
Tell me honestly... how can the Black man tolerate the White man stealing his style?
I'm Hispanic and to be honest with you... I hate seeing "wiggers"... You have to be true to yourself. Don't act the way the popular people act. If you're White and you act Black... then You're Wack! Hahaha That was funny.

i think its nuttin wrong wit actin the way you act cuz at the end of th day only God can judge u and thats all that matters. If u bein real and what not, then u straight, u dig? and how do u or any other person "act black"?

I hate the terms "acting black" or "acting white." Be comfortable with who you are and don't let anyone judge you because they're just trying to cover up their faults.

if you aren't black and acting black it is a disgrace to what ever race you are. this is only true if you have racial pride, if not you are a victim of modern times and the T.V. Ideology.

I enjoy it when anybody 'acts black' because it reminds me of various relatives of mine. We have to celebrate diversity any way we can, y'know.
