what's a good mp3 player thats 10-20gb (and not an iPod)?

Question

I want an mp3 player that's at least 10gb, if not a bit more. I currently have a Creative Zen Micro 5 gb.. it's excellent, but i'm gonna be out of room on it by the end of the year probably.

I really wish I could buy a quality mp3 player with a little extra space on it that DOESN'T have all the extra picture and video features. I simply want something to store and organize my music on. Something not too terriably big either.

Yea, any suggestions?

(and please, don't say iPod, despite what people think, it's NOT the best player to ever grace the world. In fact, it's far from it.)

iRiver makes wonderful mp3 players in the memory size you're looking for. I chose iRiver because it has an external battery that can be removed and another put in place. Of coarse you'd have to buy an extra battery but I found one on ebay really cheap and it was brand new. The batteries charge quickly too . The extra battery wasn't made by iRiver but it is compatible. Both batteries I have last up to twelve hours. I've dropped the mp3 player twice (by accident) and there is no sign that it suffered any repercussions. I bought the unit on ebay also and got it at half the price of what the company asks on their website. iRiver mp3 players also have a lot more features than most.

The problem with ipods are when the battery dies, not only can you NOT replace it because you have to send it back to Apple- but you aren't guaranteed to get the same unit back! A friend of mine did not know this and got a different player back and he didn't save the music he had on it... the music was gone forever.

the creatives do come in larger sizes they work really good like you said. so thats what i reccomend. dont forget they also have a website.
