Make the Govt stop making it the cheapest country for those on welfare state, thus reducing our taxes!!!

Yes it is one of the most expensive, but we have some of the best public services in the world. Free health care, Loans/grants for higher education, excellent state benefits for the idol...

In America health care is not free. When we lived there we paid $200 a month for medical insurance. We had to pay the first $500 of every bill and then they only paid the 80% of the remainder...

We may have high taxes, but at least we have good services. However, I still think Tony and his cronies are taxing us way to high. Maybe if we stopped bombing the innocent, we might have more money to spend at home or be able to reduce taxes.

If you remember, that idiot Tony Bliar had a "Rip-off Britain" campaign when he came to power, supposedly looking for rip offs so he could put a stop to them. After a few months, he CANCELLED IT, because he COULD NOT FIND ANY RIP-OFFs!!!
What a laugh! I've been living in Europe for 9 years now, and life here is MUCH better and much cheaper than it is in the UK.
If the Idiot Bliar couldn't find any rip-offs, one has to assume he also couldn't find his own **** with both hands.
Of course, MOST of the rip-offs are Government backed, so perhaps he was avoiding those, but there are still PLENTY of others that are not.

It is one of the most expensive yes, but the quality of life is similar to that of other Western countries. The cost of this country is proportionate to the average saleries etc. I think Oslo, Norway was the most expensive capital city, oddly.

We can`t! Getting rid of Tony Blair will make no difference at all .Any one who thinks it will is badly mistaken.Whoever governs this country we are going to still be "ripped off".

Refuse t buy expensive things and make a huge fuss about it, like other countries do. I mean, America goes to war to keep its oil prices down, so milk costs more than petrol. Imagine that! But, would you want to act like an American or French person?!
