well my suggestion will be much more complicated but much more effective

1.download p2p program http://www.download.com/3001-2166_4-10497758.html

2.install, run , connect to any server
3.at search tab search for any ringtone

try www.mobile9.com might be useful to you....not just ringtones...it also have applications games and skins...
