You are human and thinking about past relationships is normal. If you feel you are getting carried away then you must take steps to get on with your life and let this go.
If you need some suggestions on getting this off you mind, for each minute you think about your ex you have to give your wonderful hubby a one minute back rub. You don't need to explain why, and I would suggest you don't. Just tell him it's because you just had a thought and realized how much you appreciate him.
Happy rubbing!

It's probably an illusion. I realized a few years back that when I thought of people and places I missed what I was really missing was the time. You can find the ex and you can return to the location where you were together, but you would quickly find that it is the time in your life that you miss and that will never come back. Try to see that time as an important part of your journey and accept that where you are now is exactly where you are meant to be. You are probably feeling a little trapped by your domestic life, don't be afraid to find someone to talk to, a professional can reassure you that what you are feeling is perfectly normal and go a long way to relieving your guilt. It is normal and doesn't mean that you don't love your husband or your family.

The baby has made you realize that you are an adult now.
Thinking of the past when life was simpler and a high school sweetheart makes you feel young and care free. You are not bad. You are just human. Never act on your thoughts. It is true that you can never go back anywhere and feel the same about it.
Get a babysitter and have a go back to the past night with your hubby...like if you used to go to a drive in and neck.....go do that.
If you used to hike a trail, then do that. Make it fun and romanctic

Not wrong, per se... it's natural because you're under a lot of stress with a baby and such. But you need to get some help for you and your husband. Perhaps consider seeing a counselor, because it sounds like you are starting to idolize your former relationship with your high school man, and while you've not done anything about these feelings, you aren't married to that guy, you're married to a great guy! Nip this in the bud and figure out any problems you and your husband have.

You can't erase memories unless you get a head injury. Perhaps youre just thinking of a 'simpler' time cuz youre now a mom and a wife and it's a big responsibility. Smile at your baby and love your hubby and thank god for what you have.

Not wrong, but you need to get that idea out of your head. What happens when a seed is planted? It begins to take root and grow into a full out plant. Don't watch desperate housewives and purge that thought now. Stay happy in love iwth hubby.

It's not "wrong", but it does indicate that your needs are not being met within your marriage. It happens from time to time. What matters is what you do about it. Figure out what is about your ex that you miss and work on getting that from your husband.
It is easy for one or both spouses to feel neglected or ignored after a child is born. Set aside some time for each other regularly. Tell him how you feel. Ask him how he feels.

Dont feel bad. Your just looking back on happy memories, theres nothing wrong with that. You feel bad because your thinking about another man. But dont be. Like you said, you love your hubbie. What your doing isnt wrong, its just looking back on happy memories.

Every one thinks about their exes once in a while. I think you are thinking about him because high school sweethearts have this "specialness" about them. it probably has nothing to do with him actually, it may be the things you guys did or the "newness" and teenage fun that you guys had. yo uneed to create new memories that are just as spontaneous and adventurous with your husband. Also, stop beating yourself up. you love your husband and your not acting on these thoughts. how many fantasies to men, including your husband have. as long as you dont act on it it is innocent
