We wish to build a hotel-styled home for 1000 elders and orphans. It should have 500 studio units (for 2 persons), each with a complete bathroom/toilet and a small pantry, and balcony.

The home will have full facilities as in a hotel, with gym, swimming pools, A Main Dining/Function Hall (Convertible for up to 2000pax), Function/Training Rooms, A full-scale kitchen, etc.

Basic construction might cost cost you around 120-140 million rupees. Furnishing and accesorising another 20-40 million.

Cost of land, licencing not included.

(Figures are arbitrary estimates, actual costs may be more)

This was my dream actually care of the neglected parent or old aged people charged to the nalayak children. Let them Pay if they cannot care for their parents. Brats.
